Refund Policy

At GAGE Gymnastics, we are committed to providing high-quality programs and services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund policy. Please read below for information regarding eligibility and conditions for refunds.

1. Program and Class Registration Refunds

Cancellation Requests: Refunds for class and program registrations, including camps and team programs, will be considered if a cancellation request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the start date.

Refund Amounts: A full refund, less a [specified processing fee, if any], will be issued for eligible cancellations. If the cancellation request is made less than 30 days before the start date, only a partial refund (e.g., 50%) may be offered.

Non-Refundable Fees: Any administrative or processing fees are non-refundable.

2. Merchandise Purchases

Returns: Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Exchanges: Exchanges may be offered based on stock availability. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, including personalized or custom merchandise, may be non-returnable unless defective.

3. Membership Refunds

Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable once paid. If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Annual Memberships: For cancellations of annual memberships, a prorated refund may be offered if the request is made within 15 days of the initial payment. After this period, no refunds will be issued for annual memberships.

4. Event Ticket Refunds

No-Refund Policy: All ticket sales for events are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except in the case of event cancellation by GAGE Gymnastics.

5. Cancellations by GAGE Gymnastics

If GAGE Gymnastics cancels a class, camp, program, or event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.

In cases where classes are temporarily suspended due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or facility issues), a make-up class or credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. GAGE Gymnastics is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or financial institutions.
