Welcome to GAGE Gymnastics’ website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to www.gagecenter.com (the “Site”), operated by GAGE Gymnastics. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Program Name: GAGE Center Kids Activities
Program Description: By opting into this program, you agree to receive updates, special offers, and promotions related to classes, birthday parties, and other fun kids' activities at GAGE Center. Messages may include reminders, exclusive discounts, and announcements about upcoming events and programs.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability
a. To the fullest extent allowed by Missouri law, GAGE Gymnastics and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site.
b. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us, if applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Missouri law, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
